The Finery provides top quality treatments at very reasonable prices—and we don’t want no-shows to force us to up our prices. Don’t ruin it for everyone else by not utilizing our time properly. Seriously, it’s rude.
There’s no excuse to not confirm your appointment because we make it easy. We send an email and a text asking you to confirm your appointment. If you can make it, that’s great, just respond via the link and you’re all set. If you can’t make the time we’ve reserved for you then follow the instructions to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If your appointment remains unconfirmed 48 hours prior to your scheduled time we reserve the right to book another client in your spot. You can receive your treatment on your booking date but we’ll be forced to squeeze you in between appointments that have been confirmed.
Shit happens. But we ask that you give us at least 48-hour notice before your appointment if you’re unable to make it. We’re happy to reschedule your appointment to a time that’s more convenient.

Appointments are generally fifteen minutes in length, so if you’re fifteen or more minutes late it’s considered a no-show. You’ll have to be seen between clients who’ve arrived to their appointments on time.
Any appointment that is rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of $25.
No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without texting, calling, or emailing at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time you’ll be charged an $100 fee on the credit card you used to book the appointment. If we can’t process your card you’ll be charged at your next visit. Repeated no-shows will result in forfeiture of pre-paid treatments and refusal to complete service by The Finery.
