Regional Manager Application

The regional manager is expected to lead their region in providing outstanding tattoo removal services to our clients and drive operating results. Regional managers are responsible for general operational management, marketing and relationships management, staff management and providing assistance with new location projects.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator. They have a background in business and sales, and the ability to plan, prioritize and organize efficiently. This is a highly independent role so candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and direction.

Position description: Regional Managers

Reports to: The Finery CEO

Key Relationships: CEO, Other RMs, regional teams, regional artists, local community, Other BU regional managers, TRP group leadership team

Primary Objective:

To lead the allocated region in providing outstanding tattoo removal services to our clients and drive operating results The role will include broad operational management for the region and be focused on business outcomes through activities and analysis targeting at driving leads through local channels, improving selected KPI metrics including show rates and conversions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General
    • Provide leadership, direction and guidance to clinics in the region
    • Monitor and drive positive outcomes of operating metrics (KPI’s) including leads, conversions to consult, package, Tx, show rates, cancellations, artist referrals
    • Work with regional team(s) and CEO to develop targets and goals for stores within region and establish annual budgets
    • Monitor and analyse monthly P&L reporting for region and develop action plans where appropriate
    • Manage day to day scheduling for optimal utilization
    • Co-ordinate regular and timely team meetings and any team 1:1 meetings
    • Lead the implement new initiatives as requested by CEO ie: Zenoti
    • Lead the implementation of various CX initiatives and ensure standards are maintained across the region
    • Analyse customer feedback, develop and implement any training or change programs to improve the CX where appropriate
    • Mentor and develop staff
  • Marketing & Relationships
    • Responsible for artist relationships in region
      • Develop new relationships, nurture existing relationships
      • Develop targets for referrals
      • Produce reports for region on relationships stats
    • Lead the local area marketing plan
      • Understand the local community
      • Identify opportunities to develop relationships within community ie: sponsorships, education
      • Liaise with marketing team to develop any collateral for region
      • Manage the distribution of any promotional material, report on this where possible
    • Provide training for team(s) to successfully maintain marketing programs
  • Staff
    • Ensure optimal time management of human resources
    • Identify any training or career development needs and work 1:1 with team members to ensure optimal engagement
    • Work with Regional Managers and CEO to develop and maintain a recognition and rewards program
    • Support CEO in identification of team capabilities and assist with training and development where necessary
  • New locations
    • Liaise with CDO in identification and management of the new lo process
    • Provide assistance in on the ground project management for new lo projects
    • Attend weekly updates for all projects in regions
    • Partner with marketing to develop launch plan that is appropriate for the location
    • Visit sites and provide updates to team when required
